Pamela Baer was born and raised in Texas, she attended the Texas university in Austin where she attended a marketing and finance degree. With that, she worked in the financial services section and successfully made it. With the experience she had garnered, she started a marketing business involving some of her former clients. The business involved several business aspects. With the experience from it, she developed her own unique approach to business that involves giving back to the community.
She launched For Goodness Sake in tribute to her grandmother. They sell different items such as jewelry and always have at least twenty-five percent of the profits being donated to different charities and causes. She is trying to help the community. She is married to the CEO of The Giants Larry Baer and they have four children together.
After her marriage to Larry Baer, Pamela Baer moved from New York to San Francisco where she champions projects that are close to her while sitting on different boards. She started her philanthropic nature after she saw how much care and treatment that her son got while at the San Francisco hospital, after an accident. After her son’s recovery, she got herself involved in helping the vulnerable in the community and health care sector. Pamela Baer’s giving heart after being sparked to give back she joined the hospital’s foundation and is now a lifetime director at the hospital.
With Pam Baer’s extensive experience in business and most especially the financial service sector, Pamela Baer has successfully been in a position to run charitable organizations that support initiatives close to her heart. Every venture she starts becomes successful, either entrepreneurial or charity, however, she attributes this to her daily ritual that involves a cup of coffee, meditation, reading the newspaper, and spending some time outside.
