One of the most incredible things launched in Chicago last year was the impossible burger. This burger is so delicious and healthy with all the recommendable ingredients. The meatless impossible burger is the ideal hale and hearty snack all health enthusiasts have been awaiting. The OSI Group and Impossible Foods have thus merged to increase the burger’s supply. Impossible Foods’ new partners

The impossible burger has been a revelation since its inception in the fast food market. While there might have been a few attempts at making a meatless burger, the impossible burger has blown the competition away. So vast is its’ impact! Impossible Foods had to double their employment for higher productivity to meet the growing local demand. Even that was not enough, the company prompted in seeking a partner. This is by ensuring the partner had the viability in the company’s’ vision and demand. In the last quarter of 2019, Impossible Foods announced a deal with OSI Group, the official McDonalds suppliers. One of the reasons Impossible Foods chose McDonalds chief meat suppliers is their 65 plants located in 75 countries. With such a reach, the Impossible Burger will soon traverse the globe and increase in availability. Top marketing experts also believe its increased supply can also trigger a price reduction.

How will the OSI Group help?

The OSI Group has 65 operational manufacturing plants. No food processing company has a higher number. It’s no wonder the group supplies meat to McDonalds, one of the biggest fast-food chains in the world. The plants are also located in 17 countries with plans of extensions into other nations already underway. Such a market is enough to make the impossible burger an overnight global sensation if demand for the same keeps increasing. OSI had announced plans of venturing into the alternative protein business. For sure, this merge with Impossible Foods for the mass production of the Impossible Burger is a step ahead in their production journey. Sure, the burger is readily available for the customers, thus stabilizing demand.
