Over the course of his life, he’s been both incredibly lucky and incredibly hard working. He’s also been someone who has been able to harness his talents and create a successful business.

As the the founder and Chairman Emeritus of a globally renowned firm, he’s also been someone who has shown he has what it takes to make the world of business his own.
Globetrotters Engineering Corporation is his own creation. In the process, he’s been at the forefront of many varied types of ventures in the fields of architecture and engineering.
His work is well known in Chicago as well as many other parts of the United States. It is also his particular passion for helping others that is very much part of his personal life.
Helping Others
One of the most important that Niranjan Shah does is to do what he can to help others in every way. As a young man, he was the recipient of a great deal of assistance in many ways.
He grew up in South India. His own home was very basic. In fact, it didn’t even have running water or electricity. It was apparent from the first that Shah had talent.
All it took was some outside help. Supportive family members enabled him to find the kind of education that allowed him to master many talents.
He was able to attend a university in India. That allowed him to gain the kind of educational opportunity he’s used his whole life.
After that it was to the global community that he turned to for additional opportunities. He did so well he was given the chance to attend Harvard Business School. Completing an executive management program was a dream come true.
A Fabulous Foundation
At the heart of his efforts has been the LIFT Foundation. This foundation is about enabling people to find the same kind of path he’s been given in his own life. Here, the foundation works with communities in order to provide help for students who can benefit from additional training.
The leaders of the foundation, in accordance with help from those like Shah, are working on many issues. All too often, poverty is a problem that stunts so much potential.

The same can be said of unemployment. When people aren’t given a chance to work and earn a living, they are left without what they need in order to make life better.
Under his help, the foundation has been instrumental in addressing all of these important national issues.
