While all these expansions and franchises were taking a foothold, Dickey Jr, dad was grooming him on the company’s trades, like its licensed franchisee recipe. Qualified with a degree in Business Administration in 1999, and in a stint of 7 years, Dickey Jr. sharpened his skills by working in other companies before later rejoining in 2006.

Roland Dickey Jr built the company to a top food franchise through his expertise and experience, expanding it from 20 restaurants to its current level. Working closely with his wife, Laura Rea Dickey, they have incorporated cutting-edge technology to stay aloft and remain relevant.
