Recently, the company invested $835 Lincolnshire Equity Fund IV bringing the private equity fund under its management to above $1.7 billion. The Lincolnshire Management Funds II and III ranks as one of the top private equity funds.

Under the management of the CEO T. J. Maloney and Michael J. Lyons as the president, the company is headquartered in New York. Currently, it employs about 50 employees as well as Board of Management and Advisors. The organizational chart places the CEO above several other managers that are charged with different responsibilities corresponding to their departments.

In June 2019, four new staffs joined Lincolnshire Management. T.J. Maloney joined Lincolnshire Management 1993 and was later named CEO in 1998 succeeding James Tozer. Before joining the firm, he practiced acquisition, merger, and securities in NYC.

He currently sits on the Board of Trustees of Fordham University and Boston College. He also lectured in an array of universities. Under his management, the company was ranked as the 5th best private equity firm by Fortune Magazine – CNN. The company was also ranked in the top ten performing equity firms by the Private Equity News in 2010.

Frank Wright and Steven Kumble founded the New York City-based firm in 1986 and current management has maintained its strategic market position.
