Jason Hope, an entrepreneur, and philanthropist grew up in Tempe, Arizona and has built his business in the Arizona community. He has a passion for technology and how politics affects business on a national level. He has a degree in finance from Arizona State University and an MBA from ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business. He is the CEO of a company named JAWA since 2005.
Jason Hope is considered a futurist. He studies all facets of technology including apps, gaming, and desktop software and infrastructure. He uses his knowledge of technology to see where the next big growth is in the industry. Currently, he sees the Internet of Things (IoT) as the next big growth for technology within the next five years. IoT considers how all our electronic devices will be connected to change the way we live. He predicts there will be changes to how we drive, how we monitor our health, and how we deal with daily tasks. While there are some challenges to making this happen, Jason Hope thinks it is entirely possible.
Besides his work in technology, Jason Hope also likes to give back to the community. He works with local education groups. He supports high school and college students with funds to bring their ideas to the marketplace. He also works with the SENS Foundation, a not for profit based in California. The SENS Foundation conducts research to cure diseases and slow the advancement of aging by repairing the damage done to the body before the disease begins.
