The JJ3B functions as an organization that provides a forum for black professionals in creative fields to network, share ideas and showcase their talents.

This is a place where everyone can learn from one another and work together toward a common goal.
The organization was founded in 2017 by Justin Halladay, a professional designer working in the advertising industry.
The first JJ3B took place in 2018 and was attended by more than 100people.
The organization has continued to grow since and will continue to do so.
Why is JJ3B different?
JJ3B is an online community that connects people who love
black history, and want to learn more.
We also work to connect black history enthusiasts with events, museums, and other things they can do while learning about black history.
With more than 18,000 members, JJ3B is home to a diverse group of people who love black history.
Whether you are a black history enthusiast looking for events near you, or someone who wants to learn more about this important part of American history, you’ll feel right at home here.
