The Atlanta-based real estate development firm led by M Patrick Carroll has completed an acquisition of a new property located in Las Vegas, Nevada. During the beginning of September, the real estate firm Carroll completed the acquisition in order to expand into the Las Vegas market. Since acquiring the new property, Carroll has made progress in following its expansion strategy during the next few years. In order to complete this real estate transaction, Carroll and its chief executive officer, M Patrick Carroll formed a partnership with GFH Financial Group in order to get the capital necessary to acquire the property. According to sources, the Bahrain-based company also acquired two multifamily properties in Las Vegas for a total sum of $200 million.
With GFH’s investment strategy that emphasizes collaboration, Carroll was able to get the support necessary to continue expanding its real estate portfolio. Both real estate firms are committed to expanding their real estate portfolio in markets that are among the fastest-growing in the world. Carroll now regards Las Vegas as one of the top secondary markets in the United States. Recently, GFH purchased the two Las Vegas properties after selling many of the industrial assets it held in the United States.
